+DEFINITIONS
+
+"Package" refers to the file or collection of files distributed by the 
+Copyright Holder.

+"Copyright Holder" is whoever is named in the copyright statement or 
+statements for the package.

+"Reasonable copying fee" is whatever you can justify on the basis of media
